what's going on?

Apparently in an effort to correct for Monday, the universe decided to make today approximately three hours long.

I was up at 8:30 to get to my 9:00am class, which lasted for two hours, and apparently the entire rest of the afternoon took about sixty minutes to pass.

What did I do? I watched an episode or two of Samurai Champloo, I played some Metroid, did a mission in Advance Wars DS... That's about all that I can think of. It rained all afternoon, and was cold and inhospitable out. It was a good afternoon to stay inside-- but how is it already 10:00pm? That doesn't make any sense to me.

I was kinda looking forward to the Da Vinci Code movie, but apparently it's nothing to get excited about. Ah well-- Margaret and Sarah are organizing a big get together Friday evening for Mags's birthday, so I wouldn't've gone out to see it then anyway.

Nothing else to report, really. Huh.

Samurai Champloo is really quite awesome. It's a little less... definitive than Cowboy Bebop, a little less ambitious... But I'd almost definitely be willing to call it more fun. Beautiful fight choreography, amazing production values... And the dub's well done, too.

Plus-- and I cannot emphasize this enough-- samurai.

I love that show, I just never remember to watch it when it's on. I used to watch Ghost in the Shell a lot too.
